Q1: How do I view the camera — do I need a smartphone?
You have two ways: the included 5-inch handheld monitor (no phone needed — perfect for grandparents or keeping by your bed), or the free Tuya Smart app on your phone (iOS & Android), which lets you check in from anywhere with internet.
Q2: Is it safe and certified?
Yes. The monitor is CE, FCC, and RoHS certified, and connects over secure 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. It's designed for continuous nursery use with features like temperature alerts to help keep your baby's environment safe.
Q3: What can it actually do?
Quite a lot: 1080P HD video with night vision, pan-tilt to see the whole room, two-way audio to soothe your baby, cry and motion detection, temperature monitoring with alarms, and built-in lullabies — all designed to give you peace of mind without staring at a screen.
Q4: How does delivery work in Cambodia?
We deliver nationwide. Phnom Penh orders typically arrive within 1–2 days, and provinces within 2–4 days. You'll get tracking updates via Telegram or SMS once your order ships.
Q5: What if I have a problem with my order?
